PROLINER protection system ensures a high level of stability and resistance to hits and shocks for surfaces exposed to strong stress.

PROLINER shockproof system can be customised according to your needs.

It is applied directly on the walls or over the door buffers to repair parts damaged by the handling of working equipment. Especially inside companies subject to strict hygiene specifications, these damages are dangerous because they create surfaces easily attacked by corrosion, dirt and germs, more than aesthetic issues.

PROLINER SHOCKPROOF PROTECTION

In working practice, the daily use of roll containers with supported loads, food boxes, work trolleys, as well as a wet floor soon cause damage to walls, doors or doors. In particular, in companies subject to strict hygiene requirements, such damage is not only an aesthetic problem, but also creates surfaces that are attacked by corrosion, dirt and germs.

The use of the PROLINER protection system allows a rather high level of stability and resistance to blows and impacts with regard to surfaces subjected to heavy stress. Thanks to the non-porous Glasbord® surfaces with beveled and sealed edges, the requirements in terms of hygiene and in terms of external appearance are maintained. The PROLINER shock protection system can be optimally adapted to your operating conditions.

The PROLINER shock protection is made of synthetic resin reinforced with Glasbord® glass fiber.

DIMENSION

PROLINER is available with a thickness of 3 mm. Special dimensions can be made on request.

TREATMENT

The shock protection can be installed by glue or adhesive tape on the following support surfaces:

  • sheet metal panels (coated/painted)
  • stainless steel panels
  • synthetic resin surfaces reinforced with glass fiber, also structured (Glasbord®)
  • tiles
  • flat and stable support surfaces such as plaster, painted surfaces, wood and plasterboard
